1.1. In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Seller — the individual entrepreneur whose details are set out in Section X of these Terms.
• Application — the Legal Mind mobile application for iOS and Android.
• Website — the ai-legalmind.com website.
• User — a person who uses the Application or the Website, or places an order.
• Service — the AI-powered features of the Application: answering legal questions, generating documents, analyzing legal situations, audio transcription.
• Subscription — paid access to the Service for a defined period under the selected plan.
• Credits (generations) — units measuring the volume of Service usage within the selected plan.

1.2. By using Legal Mind, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please discontinue using the Application and the Website.

1.3. Legal Mind provides digital services only. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

2.1. Registration may be required to fully access the features of Legal Mind. You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of your password.

2.2. You are required to provide accurate and current information during registration.

2.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

3.1. Legal Mind grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to use the Application solely for personal, non-commercial use.

3.2. It is prohibited to:

• Use the Application for illegal purposes.
• Copy, modify, distribute or sell content without the appropriate rights.
• Interfere with the operation of the Application or gain unauthorized access to its systems.

4.1. Use of Artificial Intelligence. The Application uses third-party artificial intelligence services to process your requests, generate documents and analyze legal situations. By using these features, you consent to the transfer of your data (message text, uploaded documents, audio files) to third-party AI service providers for processing. The current list of providers is available upon request at [email protected].

4.2. AI Disclaimer. The results provided by artificial intelligence in the Application are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Legal Mind does not replace the services of a qualified lawyer. You bear full responsibility for any decisions made based on information obtained through the Application.

5.1. The Seller provides a Subscription — paid access to the Service for the selected period (month or year) under the selected plan, renewing automatically until cancelled. The volume of available generations (credits) is determined by the plan.

5.2. Delivery terms. Since the subject of the order is a digital service, delivery is carried out in electronic form — by activating the Subscription in the User's account in the Application. Postal or courier delivery does not apply, as no physical goods are sold.

5.3. Timeframes. Access is activated automatically immediately after the payment is confirmed by the bank or the payment service — as a rule, within 15 minutes. In the event of a technical delay on the payment service side, the period for granting access may be extended, but no longer than 24 hours from the moment the funds are debited.

5.4. If access is not granted within 24 hours from the moment the funds are debited, the User must contact [email protected]. The Seller will restore access or refund the funds in full (see clause 7.5).

5.5. The Subscription is valid from the moment of payment until the end of the paid period and renews automatically unless the User cancels it before the end of the current period.

6.1. The price of the Subscription for each plan is specified in the Application and on the Website in the "Pricing" section and is shown to the User before payment is confirmed. Prices include all taxes required by law.

6.2. Payment methods on the Website:

• Visa or Mastercard bank card;
• Apple Pay;
• Google Pay.

6.3. Payment methods in the Application: in-app purchases through the official payment services of the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Google). By placing a Subscription order, you agree to the automatic debiting of funds according to the selected plan until cancellation.

6.4. Payments are processed by the payment service. The Seller does not store and has no access to your bank card details.

7.1. Funds paid for a Subscription period already paid for are non-refundable. Cancellation of a transaction after access to the Service has been granted is not provided for.

7.2. Grounds. Access to the digital service is granted immediately after payment. By placing an order, the User gives explicit consent to the immediate performance of the contract and confirms that they lose the right to withdraw from the contract in respect of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.

7.3. Subscription cancellation. You may cancel the Subscription at any time in your account settings, or — if the Subscription was purchased through in-app purchases — in your App Store or Google Play settings. Cancellation stops further automatic charges. Access to the Service is retained until the end of the period already paid for. Funds for the current paid period are not refunded.

7.4. Purchases through the App Store and Google Play. Transactions made through in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds for such transactions are governed by the rules of the respective app store and are handled by them independently of these Terms. Requests regarding such transactions should be addressed directly to Apple or Google.

7.5. Technical errors. If funds have been debited but access to the Service has not been granted (clause 5.4), or an erroneous or duplicate charge has occurred, the Seller refunds the funds in full to the same payment instrument. To do so, contact [email protected], stating the date, amount and payment method. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days; funds are credited within 3–14 banking days depending on the issuing bank.

7.6. Free plan. The Basic plan is provided free of charge, involves no payments and, accordingly, no refunds.

8.1. Legal Mind is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind as to uninterrupted operation or compliance with your expectations.

8.2. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Application.

9.1. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. The most current version is always available in the Application and on this page.

9.2. Your continued use after changes constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
